Delavo Installation

Avocart runs on a proven ecommerce platform called Delavo.   We invested $1000s in the  software, but the developers have now made a basic version available at no cost.  You can get started with the basic system with a free license and as Delavo proves itself as your best business-building tool you'll naturally want to upgrade to the feature-set on the not-free versions.

The software is a server-side "script", which means it is installed on your web-hosting account.  Installing scripts is easy for some people, and others will be in tears trying to do it themselves.   We've installed Delavo and other scripts enough times to know how to do  - and if you're not a savvy webmaster you might want to take advantage of this script installation offer. 

You can get any license for Delavo and we'll install it on your hosting account for $100.  If you don't have a web host yet we'll include 1 year of hosting for up to 2 domain names with this Delavo offer.  If you are just starting out this is a good package and after the year is up the hosting for both domains will be $100 per year or $10 per month. 

We may tell you that Delavo won't run on your present host.  Delavo works better on some server configuration than others, and rather than fighting with your host it's much easier just to move to a host which "plays nice" with Delavo.  The added benefit of moving to a host that works with Delavo is that almost all scripts relevant to internet marketing today run well on Delavo-compatible hosts.
